I have been thinking a lot about body image and having a healthy relationship with food. It really sucks that women in particular struggle with it so much...If you ask any woman what they would like to change about their appearance, 99% of us would be able to tell you in a heartbeat a whole laundry list of things we would like to nip, tuck or suck. I am trying to be careful about saying F-A-T around the girls because I don't ever want themselves to think that way about themselves. But I guess that means that I also need to not think that way about myself too. Easier said than done...

i LOVE that you're posting your food diary. i think food diaries have the opposite effect on me, i get all proud about the yummy foods that i eat... instead of using it to curb what i eat! HAHA! i need to get my butt to the gym too. but NO TIME!
my food diary would probably read "food, food, french fries, food food"... hehehe...
haha! it's not so bad actually :-) i'd be afraid to even make a list let alone post it for the world! you crack me up.
and yup, just started blogging. it's been a great outlet...sigh...
