Funny conversation I overheard...

So we are "trying" to potty-train Elysha. She is pretty insistent on not actually going anywhere near the potty, unless it is really an inconvenient time. Then she not only wants to sit on the potty, she wants us to read every potty book we have next to the toilet. So my aunt asks Elysha if she wants to sit on the potty.

Aunt: Elysha, pee pee?
Elysha: Um, no?
Aunt: Elysha, pee pee.
Elysha: Um, no.
Aunt: Elysha, go pee pee.
Elysha: No, no, no. I don't want to.
Joey: (to my aunt) She doesn't go pee pee on the potty.
(to Elysha): Look Elysha, I'm wearing underwear. You want to wear underwear too?
Elysha: Um, no?
Joey: (to my aunt) I don't know why she doesn't want to.
